easyGENETIC testing provides the following refund policy and once you have ordered your purchase is subject to the following conditions.

Refund of full price of purchase can only be made before your kit has been dispatched. You must contact us by email and request cancellation of your order before the kit has been sent out to receive a full refund.

Refund of purchase price minus administration kit fee after we have dispatched your kit and within 7 days of your order being placed, you may contact us by email and request cancellation of your order. A refund of the purchase price will be given to you less a €65 administration fee if we are contacted within 7 days from when your order was placed.

No refund can be given if it is over 7 days from the date of your purchase or if your samples have been returned to us and have been received at the laboratory.
